How frequently do you service the units?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add a second visit each week.

What happens during a weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks ahead works well for spring and summer dates. Book earlier if it falls on a holiday weekend.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

They are. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and enough room to turn a wheelchair.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a regular weekly service day and keep the unit at your site until you call us to come get it.
